By placing an order on www.auraligh.com  you agree to the terms below regarding accepted payment methods, transaction security, and refund processing.
Our goal is to ensure every transaction is handled transparently and securely from checkout to confirmation.

Auralight currently accepts payments through Shopify Payments, which supports the following options:

  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We do not accept cash, checks, or wire transfers for online purchases.


3. Secure Payment Processing

Payments on our website are encrypted and processed directly through Shopify Payments.
Shopify uses Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) — the highest level of payment security certification.

This means:

  • All card data is encrypted during transmission.

  • Auralight never stores or has direct access to your card details.

  • Transactions are processed on a secure, third-party server managed by Shopify.

You can confirm a secure checkout by looking for “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.


4. Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you place an order:

  • Your payment method is authorized immediately at checkout.

  • Once authorization is approved, funds are captured and the order is confirmed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, summary, and receipt.

If authorization fails or your card is declined, your order will not be processed.
Please contact your bank or card provider if you encounter any issues completing payment.


5. Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in USD.
If your card is issued by a non-U.S. financial institution, your bank may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Auralight does not charge or control these additional fees — please consult your payment provider for details.


6. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To maintain transaction security and protect against fraud, some orders may be subject to additional verification.
This may include address confirmation, phone verification, or ID verification before shipment.

If verification is required:

  • You will be contacted by our support team via your order email address.

  • Your order will be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

  • If we cannot confirm payment authenticity, your order may be canceled and refunded in full.

If a transaction fails or remains pending for more than 24 hours, please:

  • Ensure that the billing address matches your card’s registered address.

  • Verify that sufficient funds are available.

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item will fall under our return policy.
